Description
The thread protector of outer steel and inner plastic type is a kind of thread protector commonly used by oil pipe processing and manufacturing companies at present. The structure is to press or embed the plastic bushing with the crimped steel ring, and then use the CNC machine tool to process the thread after pressing.

Product quality:
The product shall comply with API Q1 quality inspection standard. Refer to API 5CT Appendix I for product design. (The surface is smooth and the thread is free of breakage, impurities, slipping and adhesion with the steel pipe thread, which can be applied to the environment of - 46 degrees to 66 degrees)
Product use:
This product is a necessary supporting product for oil special casing, drill pipe, drilling tool, etc., and plays a role in protecting steel pipe threads. Prevent the thread end of the pipe body from being damaged during loading, unloading, transportation and storage.
